Mark, one would have to say that you are quickly becoming a master of these black and white wonders. How on earth do you stay out in the cold long enough to stumble upon these dramatic moments? I'm certainly willing to bet that when you seen this lady walking through this environment that you knew somewhere along her journey would be an ideal photographic moment. The iron fencing really adds a bold flavor, and makes this one stand out.

Another great mood piece, just love the technique, as if etched. Wonderful contrasts of dark and light, of her very solid presence against the delicacy of all those branches. Also nice contrasts ofstrong shapes against brittle. You captured perfectly the way winter has of wearing us out, challenging us with the elements of cold and snow, of having to be more deliberate in what we do and how we do it, including walking on icy surfaces. This really is another lovely and creative work that tells a story.

YUP! A PERFECT title to this image and you couldnt make it more clear than this, that the winder really makes us want to go into hibernation :-) It reminds me of my childhood, where we sometimes had really much snow. SO much, that all streets were covered in deep snow and we children were thrilled. A brilliant presentation of your superb photo manipulation, in which way only YOU can do it. Love it !!!!!!!
