He said, "My dentist informed me that my dental condition requires tooth extraction. And, since I am allergic to Novocaine, he would do the work without the use of anasthetics. However, he said that I should 'think positively' since he would have to extract only - - - all of my 'crooked' teeth!"

Great character, I'm sure he could try some gas or a general... in the uk we would call his option a backstreet dental practice or maybe a Butchers. Maybe later we may get another of him with a new set of piano keys. :-)
