Description
Here is my clafoutis recipe.
This is the original clafoutis recipe (i.e. with cherries), but one can substitute any fruit / fruit combo for cherries.
Also added my personal notes... as i've learned quite a lot by making this recipe lots of times!
Have fun and bon appétit! :)

Give it a try, it is easy to make, and totally delicious. :) Check my Food album in my gallery to see more of my baked goods! :)
hmmmm sounds tasty ... gonna get the incredients and make it tomorrow (and thank you Jean_Luc for all you are)
This is very simple to make and delicious... do give it a try. If you don't like cherries (or they are out of season) try with other fruit like blueberry, banana, date, strawberry, peach...
Yum yum yum!!!
Indeed! :) ... and then, there's fondant, and flan too! :)
Check my Food album for more photos of clafoutis and other desserts i bake! :) (in color and yummyvision)
Oh man what are you doing to us !!! I'm going to have to run so extra miles now ! MMMMMMMMMMM
Bwahahah! :) You are not forced to eat it all yourself, it is even better when shared with someone you love. :)
Oh my, this recipe looks quite easy and delicious--Many thanks for sharing, J-L. It seems Americans like their sugar and tend to use it to excess. And I won't even get into that crap, High Fructose Corn Syrup, that is in practically everything...No wonder there are so many Americans that are such fat little toadies.
You are very welcome, and you are right about the HFCS, GMOs, hydrogenated fats, MSG, and other chemical abominations.
Jean-Luc, I think this cherry cake looks absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe as well as your detailed notes.
You are very welcome! :) Give it a try... :)
