Description

Hannah, Della,Flissie. Della is Hannahs mum & Hannah is Flissies mum. That making Della the boss :o) I competed in obedience shows with these three beautiful & much loved girls, no breed shows as Border Collies were not registered with the Kennel Club in those days :o) Della was blue merle down one side & tri-colour the other. Her mother worked sheep & her father (he was blue merle) worked obedience. Thanks for all the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx

Wonderful creatures! Someone I know has a neighbour with a twelve week old border collie who is already herding toys and the Westties on the common!

Oh Barbara! They are just gorgeous! Such smart dogs, too, they really need to have a "job" or they get bored, and that's never good for a dog or a person .. or any living thing! I love seeing these "way back when" pictures! Leya just went to her first obedience class! We enrolled late, so she missed two classes. She did really well considering that she'd missed some of the first stuff. I think this will be fun for us both, don't know how far we'll go, but she needs obedience training no matter what we decide to do.
