i was trying for a semi 3d look using perspective angles and shapes, the theeme of the pict represents the birth of the age we live in.

wow.. love this piece.. looks 3d to me to.... maybe a hint of shadow casting from anch to the circualar object below would achieve a little more depth...nice color work
