I'm sure there's a perfectly simple explanation ... but I'll be darned if I can think of one! LOL! Great street shot.
Chuckle... mothers can embarrass their kids in public... rather like a lick of the handkerchief and wiping their kids faces. Great chance capture.
I liked the large old church in the full view version and an interesting people study in the close-up!
Here's the explanation .. daughter's tights have lost their elasticity at the waist and begin to sag .. Mom comes to the rescue and tugs them up as daughter's hands seem to be busy holding her skateboard. I like this tighter cropped version much better, it hides most of the depressing buildings and the Mom and daughter"s antics capture the eye.
