I met her a few months ago under one of the many bridges here. There were more than a few homeless in makeshift camps around the maze of overhead and surrounding roads. Above, the sounds of squealing tires and groaning engines were almost constant. Road debris and occasional trash would shower down like rain. We shared some hot and then lukewarm coffee, while talking about random things. When we parted, I said, "See you tomorrow?" and her reply cut me. "We have no tomorrow" "Only now". Yesterday they found a body of a 43 year old man in the rafters under the Longfellow Bridge. No outward signs of trauma or foul play, but the area IS a known location for the homeless in Boston. This made me think of her, and wonder if she has made it through another day... Just breathe - repeat Thank you for looking and for any comment you may have to offer as encouragement. ~yO
