Description
Part of the fencing that protects shore birds from predators. Looking north in Huntington Beach, California. I love the almost ghostly lifeguard stands as well.

Nice shot!
Great mood shot. The place looks abandoned. You can almost imagine the lifeguard shacks walking across the sand.
Such a fascinating image. Marks comment colours my thoughts about it now!
A terrific photo with lots of interest to me. I love the lifeguard towers.
Hey????? If no one is up there in that lifeguard shack? Do you think you could...Ummmm?.....I better not say it....lol You might get in trouble climbing in there... Nice shot. Aloha
Very nice capture.
This is a thoroughly outstanding shot. The lifeguard stands fading off into the distance speak of abandonment rather than temporary absence, somehow. I think I like the gray tones of this version better than the sandy brown. Not sure why ... it just speaks to me more. Fantastic!
Really nice work. I like the POV and the atmosphere you've captured. Those lifeguard towers fading in the distance are great!
Love it! The lifeguard stands are like alien invaders!
Hey, Don't fence me in! How is that for a title? Gotta use it sometime. But I digress. Love the perspective, swing and sway of the fence, and beach atmosphere in this pic, Maz.
Lovely misty/foggy atmosphere; it does have that "party's over" kind of feeling, doesn't it? Well seen, that curving fence is marvelous!
