Sorry u all been missing off of the grid here been back in the hospital with an infection in my muscles that attacked me with them staying in a constant spasm all through my neck;shoulders;back and arms so i have never been in so much pain in my life but at least i am back to 30 % better lol missed u all.

God that sound's awful. I always took my health for granted until I hit 40, and got old!!!!!!!! Now I am on 10+ tablets a day just to keep me going..............Oh well we are still here eh!
