Description

"Winter Holiday Snowing" 1 of 2 *This is 1 of 2 of this combination holiday work series. I do more and more of them every year...I kind of have to...it help drown out the sadness and toturous childhood memories I have of my youth...and now being very single as a 50 year old artist, this helps shade the lonliness that comes from being very alone within my home and my life and my work...but as I create these works, the fun of doing them has rewards that even money cannot buy! I guess the holidays have an effect on me to do these styles of work, but I think it's ok. These image I create from nowhere make me think of a truly great artist by the name of Thomas Kincaid. He was a great artist who always did those snowy little house or cottage scenes or little town scenes, with christmas lights and other lights! He really made the work look as if it was really lit up! A truly gifted and magnificent artist. Maybe it has rubbed off on me some. Well thats ok...I do need influence as an artist, and I cannot always be influenced by my own work as it's been. And I'm sure all of the other artists in this world also crave and require it. Well here's to a healthy and happy holiday season! Here's my little text cottage home to enjoy as well! Stop on by and we'll drink an egg nog and brandy and get loaded and happy! Then the maids will come and clean up after us, and make this little house a home again! WoW Hallmark?! Nice, thanks Barry! Yeah these two shots, this 1 of 2 is across the pond, tomorrows shot is actually on my front page at my website, and it's the farther away shot to the right, set back away from the decorated homes! And also, doesn't Hallmark have that glittery stuff added to it like sparkles or something too usually on their very 'Dreamy' scenes! Thanks again my friend! JM

Hi Wolf! Thanks! Yep the holidays are upon us again...seems like only a week ago it was Christmas! And now here it is again... Time just flys when you're having fun it's been said....I must be having a really fun thing going on I guess! lol Thanks again my friend!
