This is just a teaser for you and lots of work is still to do! it is going to be something in Film Noir style! What I have done in this image is the lightning of the Garage sign and also got the street lamp glowing! I will let you fantasy and thinking of what the final image will look! I already like the teaser. You did a good job with the lights. Curious on how you let the lamp glow that nice.

For the street light I used two lights! One point light just below the lamp so I get the light hit some part of the lamp pole! 2nd light is a spotlight pointing down on the street! For the garage sign I used one point light for each letter!
