Description
Captured 10/1913, early morn, exactly 1.06 miles from home.
ZOOM worthy.
I trespassed again on the restricted and camera monitored grounds to catch another POV of the indefatigable young man, perpetually going in circles.
The bottom pic is not a literal blowup of the top one, but actually a separate foto taken for those who refuse to zoom.
The girl at his immediate left is waving at the traffic, but the one at the far right of the shot is curiously waving at no one, or maybe just the fountain. I wonder why they positioned her that way. In any event, an enigma to me. And to avoid him tripping over the fountain rim with his left foot/leg, they should have positioned him further to the outside. After all that excellent sculpting, we have this error in judgement.
Totziens.

Beautiful and sweet picture!!!!!!!!!
I do think these sculptures are a delight and your photos excellent!
Glad you snuck on the grounds to get this cool capture, Harry.
That is an incredible fountain!
You have captured beautiful fall colors in the greenery which backdrops these bronze statues brilliantly. Postwork well done!
Fantastic fountain and fabulous capture !
Wonderful sculpture my friend, fantastic capture, thank you for sharing!
Wonderful shots of this remarkable sculpture, Harry; I wonder if it's done by the same person who did the children running and leaping at the Kirkland Marina? Might be worth investigating. It looks like the same work. Excellent lighting and detail on these children frozen in time!
wonderful scene!
Land of the free huh? To get a shot of a fountain Harry, how innocent can life be.. And such lovely shots as well of such a great fountain.. I like these.. Rob
