Description
Playing around again with the Panasonic TZ5 compact to see what you can do.. this time a table with a white sheet covering it and a beige plastic bucket. Used some neon string of different colours and used the starry night setting with shutter set to 15 seconds on a tripod.. a white bulb torch was fired at the bucket and then the neon's were shot one frame after the other finishing with the glass head which again was shot with a white bulb. these were then placed on individual layers in a bitmap paint package and then balanced until just right, wanted to retain a grungy look. Test shots in lighting were made and you have to make sure the tripod or the bucket does not move between shots or the whole project is ruined. Again could have done a better job with the SLR or even used Flame Painter Pro but that would be too easy. :-)
