Description
The Rayal are a a reptilian species from the Raya system in the Andromeda Galaxy. They are roughly the same size as Solarans though they tend to be rather slender. Their technology is roughly the equivalent of the Intergalactic average and their society is comparable to Earth in most respects. There is little that is outstanding about Rayal save for the fact that they are nearly immune to most magical effects/spells to roughly 80 percent. As a result they have little interest in magic although they have studies Psionics in depth. The Raya System is a member of the IGFW in good standing and participated in the Millennium Wars for the IGFW.
