GREAT WORK
I've blinked several times in rapt amazement, but still can't get over the exquisite clarity, colors and patterns of this esoteric hoverfly atop the blooming dahlia.
this is also known as the fuzzy-butt hover-fly Great capture Andrea
It looks huge sitting on the dahlia. Impressive capture. I used to call my cat fuzzy face. Come to think of it, she had a fuzzy butt as well.
Another great macro.
