Description
This is a rare event that I love to see and capture. A zigzag composition, even the lines in the blue sky have tried to help finish the flowing zigzag movement through the image.
In COLOUR for a change! My apologies to anyone who spells the word in capitals wrongly.
A large one if you like to see the details.

Looks like a wonderful place to visit, thanks for sharing this pleasing scene with us :)
great shot
Superb compo. The only way this could be better? Time of day.... perhaps. Not sure though. Its beautiful.
A fine composition indeed - I especially like the way the fence shadows start on the shore & continue in the water where they ripple...

This is breathtakingly gorgeous, Kevin; love the light and all the rich colours all around...well done!
Great shot indeed!
So special ! Not only a fab compo, but glorious colours and a very tempting boat. If I'm not enticed into water then I want to be on it!
Very nice composition! I think it's wrong to label 'color' as incorrect as it really depend on where you are. In Britain 'colour' is the accepted spelling, in the US it is 'color' and in Canada both are frequently used. Fortunately our language cannot be mandated by any government. It remains in the hands of the people where it belongs. The dictionaries accept entries based entirely on usage which is why 'data' can now be used correctly as a singular or as a plural. Unfortunately the only place where we have language police is in Quebec, where they are fighting a losing battle as English slowly takes over French just as it is doing in France itself. The people decide!
I didn't mean to upset anyone. I just get annoyed as does Jenny below that I keep getting red wavy lines under my writing! It is someone in the software house presumably in America telling me "colour" is wrong everytime I try to write the word down.
Magical !!!!!!!
Shadow play is just super Kevin. On first look I thought the shadows came from the mooring in the middle. No - only two planks and three shadows.... I looked away and back again, and then realised that there must be more moorings to the left of your photograph. Gosh - foiled again. I like this view very much Just to labour a point - I wonder why something insists on putting red wavy lines under many words I write in English.......it is distracting and makes me think I have spelled something wrong.:-)
This is really beautiful, A stunning capture filled with peace. Hugs. Di. xx
A very beautiful scene in every respect
Really great composition, I love the sky and the shadows
Marvelous landscape and fantastic shot !
