This is just beautiful scifi. Love it. The only thing left to do for Peggy Sue is the obligatory fall down in front of the monster, but instead of her getting eaten, her boyfriend bites the dust and Peggy runs off into the night screaming, to be disbelieved by everyone she tells that monsters are coming.
