Description
Taken from the top of the Applegate Dam. There were some really interesting, foreboding skies that afternoon & I took lots of photos, but I just can't seem to find the right postwork approach to bring out the quality I'm looking for. This one was the only one I've been somewhat satisfied with so far...

Clouds don't always turn out the way I think they should. I like the fanning, sort of high speed look these have, so whatever you did pleases me! :)
Your going to have to turn down the noise Claude to get that sky to pop. The blue adjustment slider on lightroom helps also!
Try leaving it as it was, without PW, with a few tone tweeks.

A lovely colour palette and composition here; skies can be hard sometimes! I often find myself fighting to make the camera see what my eyes see!
