Superb composition! :)
Cool pose and composition. This is a neat character study. I love the details like the feathers and the hint of blood around the chin. The lighting looks a little flat, though (which is odd, since you have a nice, strong light coming from our right). Maybe a little oil on the skin or gleam on the blade could make it "pop" a little more? I dunno. It's just a thought -- this is really cool. Thanks for posting.
