You painted the light so beautiful, Jock.

This is a very special painting Jock and you made Laura so very happy.
Beautiful!!
Absolutely a great one Jocko.
Your paintings are just wonderful, Jock! You are a man of many talents, my friend - and I can see how much joy this has brought to her! Outstanding and masterful artwork!
Lots of bright fiery colors in this cool painting, Jock.
Very sweet and beautiful work! Wonderful dedication to Isabelle711
fantastic painting! and it has an eye on you! g
You've divided the background into dark/intense hues---right side---and bright/airy hues---left side---and right in the middle? That big orange-fire sunflower! It's saturated in oranges; and the center is speckled with deep blues, and with deeper oranges: That center is really intense, really alive. And the petals are like flames. Someone above called you "Jocko Van Gogh"---well that's a high compliment! Van Gogh did several sunflower paintings, all of them very powerful. Your greens---the leaves on the right side---are very bright, and they make a great contrast to all those dark colors above. You have such good instincts: You feel your way across a picture with utter assuredness. This is very powerful, and you truly transformed isabelle's beautiful sunflower photos into a total painting, a total painterly vision of sunflowers. I love how the painting opens-up into that restful and very bright blue, on the left. Two sides of the universe. Beautiful, Jock. Once again, beautiful painting.
