Description
I was just going into the grounds where the car show and food was. I saw these girls talking and the one on the limb was laying on it but fall off before I got the camera ready to take the shot.
I still like this image.

This old tree provides a nice place for these friends to hang out for a while.A nice shot.
Nice shot! That is an awesome oak tree! I could make a guitar or two out of that.
MAGNIFICENT
The tree is gorgeous ..... and the girls also. Candid photo!!
Superb!!
What a wonderful, summer-y and tranquil shot! Love this one, Jock!
It's probably lived that long because it's obviously loved... :D
are you sure this tree isn't related to the Ent, it looks very much alive as it being able to move on its own Great candid capture
Lazy day, watching people go by in the shade of a massive and beautiful tree. I love Live Oaks. Great shot!
wha a huge tree...lovely how they use the branche
well, I'm going back, because of all the pictures I missed: This one's from September. This is a monumental shot, Jock. The tree is so powerful, and it makes a canopy for the girls, and it defines the whole shot. It's glorious, with all that light on it, while it casts a large peaceful shadow. Really nicely composed, and I love the flags in the background, and on the tree, etc. It's lovely how the grass is behind the tree, and the limb that the girls are sitting on is in the shadow. Beautifully seen. Very touching.
