Description
This is the highly talented artist Cezary Stulgis. I had a chat with him and he gladly let me take his photo as he began his work. He was surprised that someone found him at work, let alone recognized him! Here is his site if you are interested. It's worth checking out.

You know I love street art and this artist has it really on it. You should be able to tell him that Berlin is waiting for him!! Maybe he was already here, but I have not yet come across. However, in a picture I'm on to consider whether it could be. Must watch the days. Usually, street artists do not like to be photographed. But in legal places .... since you've had luck. Is a great portrait! Jägermeister...cheers!
