Description

Taking photos of the Tavrohk was not too hard as the beasts are rarely aggressive unless you break the rules. Don't follow them, they may think you're a predator stalking the baby members of the herd, and stay away from any babies. If a Tavrohk stamps a foot, turn your back and walk away immediately, because that gesture is a warning and they only give you one. Most of the time the best way to photograph or video Tavrohk is to wait in one spot, off the the side of one of their regular routes to a waterhole, and just stand still and take your pictures. Don't hide, they may mistake you for a predator. If you follow the rules it is usually easy to get decent pictures. Having fun with my own product, hey why should the customers have ALL the fun? ;-) Used Bryce 7 instancing to create the forest and the herd, and to my surprise it works well.

Thank you both, I haven't been able to get online much since uploading this, but I'll try and spend some time in the galleries this weekend. There are a lot of images here!
