Looks just like one of the areas in the video game Dead Island (minus the zombies and corpses).
If it is such a nice holiday destination, and it is to me, I second 62guy. Why is there nobody there. It is easy to put in some roughly posed charachters as one hardly can recognize a face at that distance. But it brings your render to live.
