Description
While we were working on her new portrait, I think Maya start to bring up certain emotions. Not bad, not bad, I'm always looking for a special photograph. So we keep on shooting and this one of the best shots we think. We hope you like it too.

This is a fine example of using the DOF of the camera, her left eye is already out of the DOF, so are the earrings.

Interesting expression. It stands up to being zoomed in on. You can count her pores. Something about the tongue seems a little contrived to me. I've unsuccessfully attempted to capture this same expression so maybe that's just my personal take.

Here I had to correct the bumpmap for the lips and the tongue as well. I also experimented with the glossery and the reflection, because the original data shows a kind of plastic tongue and lips as smooth as filler. But I agree it is not yet perfect. The pose is also tricky, I put a small mirror next to my screen and checked my own mouth. Unfortunately is my face not that of a young girl as you all know, so it was no much help. GRIN. I still mis those smiley's here.
Beautiful detail when zoomed and I think the expression is perfect! she does have something on her mind! you'd better be watch out :-)
