That is some infestation and they seem to set a pattern.
This is even better, Andrea. So beautiful colors and clarity :-)
Never seen these before, amazing!!
These provide a fascinating pattern. On the reverse of oak leaves?
Very cool.
What will be the final resullt on the tree I wonder?
Great details!!!!
Another great find.
fascinating find
WONDERFUL IMAGE
Superb pic of more of the bizarre botanical life that is so prominent in your neck of the woods, Andrea. The silk buttons are aptly named, and the leaf itself seems like something brought up from deep in the ocean.
Amazing. I have never seen these. Such a great shot, but Sir David Frederick Attenborough would be rolling over in his grave (if he weren't so alive!!!!!!!!) if he saw that background filter in this beautiful natural scene!
Wonderful capture - they make me think of red blood cells
postwork works well on this interesting image.
Amazingly cool! You do find the most wonderful stuff!
I have never seen this before, cool shot and thanks for posting.
New to me. They certainly are prolific. I see a web on the right. Do the spiders feast on these? An amazing shot but now I have this overwhelming urge to eat a bowl of Cheerios.
great shot !!! (I shot them yesterday too, haha)
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Interesting find. I can imagine it will multiply into infinite amount... Aloha
Superb pic.
This is an amazing capture but what kind of insect comes from this would be very interesting to know.
OMG, a crowd! place will be invaded when they pop or hatch or whatever they do
We have galls over here but I have not seen such heavy concentrations like this. A super photo Andrea and also unique shapes of these galls!
Great. Never seen something like this.
