Description
"Tornado Coming ! "
A family runs when a huge boiling tornado bears down on the old homestead.
When I was 14 years old, an F4 tornado hit my home town. I grabbed and carried my 5 yr. old sister to the shelter while my dad got my youngest sister and mother to the shelter. Thirteen were killed and 100 injured out of 1700. Our roof was damaged, but the house otherwise was OK. Our unattached garage didn't fare as well.

Great work on this dramatic image, Jim. This indeed does bring back some bad memories of them.

Have never experienced this, it must be terrifying. Great image.
Splendid work. Hugs. Di. xx
Very cool work on this i love the old rusted tractor in the BG.
A dramatic event. Well depicted
A well done, naturalistic!
Excellent render! Tornadoes have hit towns near where I lived but not very often. Floods were the "normal" for my childhood living on the KY River. Nothing nearly as dramatic as your experience thank Heaven.
What a great composition, We are thankful we don't get too many of these in our country.
Very nice image my friend! Have a wonderful new week!
This is excellent!
