That sure has been there for the elements!!!
Excelent !
cool !
Great capture very subtle digifiddlin'
Some lovely textures in there.
Yes, fantastic textures, and a lovely composition that lets each part sing. Well done!
Fantastic POV and textures. A great shot!
I like this Andrea. The fiddle seems to lend a lot to this shot.
Superb capture and post work Andrea. God bless.
Excellent postwork on this fine shot :-)
Nice shot.
This is just to my taste. Excellent image!
GREAT SHOT
Swell colors, lighting and textures in this digifiddled delight, Andrea. Nothing like a bit of age old oxidation and deterioration to add glamour to a shot.
I like the textures in this digifiddled version (rust, peeling paint and checking in the wood post) but I also think that the barbed wire in the FlickR version adds something. It is OK to call me crazy!!!!!
Great mix of textures. If you look closely you can even see the age spots on the links.
very STRONG pic :-)
Great find and capture, Andrea!! :o)
Nice work, I love these kind of subjects, handles and chains etc.. they take on a whole new vision when you go in tight.
another cornucopia of decays, cracked paint and surfaces, contrast of metal and wood, and plants peeking through as they tend to do. All presented with a gentle patina of your beautiful postwork, including that edge-work (or equivalent) that renders color areas into little colonies. All combined into a big in-your-face image. You've always done chains and posts so well; and I saw the flickr version---very different, and with a beauty and sharpness that could only come from a non-digifiddled piece. But this has its own beauty, and the meeting of chain with metal wood and plant is a big climax in the music. Big bulbous and beautiful.
