I like this it tells a story very cool shot here.
Great mood in that picture :)
it's hard to decide which one is better
his mind will be quiet, in this environment, so.... good thoughts will come of his thinking. great shot
Wonderful scene and capture
Wonderful!!
Lonely shot.
Excellent capture Andrea!
Alone with his thoughts. I hope he wasn't troubled! Super candid Andrea.
Brilliant pic.
Well seen and captured, Andrea. Bet he didnt know :)
Marvelous picture !
Nice shot I love the silhouette effect.
I think this really captured solitude
I like the POV of the FlickR version and I like this as a people study. What does he ponder and did he come up with a solution!
I like this one better, because the placement of the light pole puts him "in" the picture, as it were. The other one separates him from his environment. They're both thoughtful statements (if you wanted to do such a thing) but I like inclusion better than exclusion. Well ... unless I need some quiet time, and then all bets are off. :P
This one does generate thoughts and emotions. It seems that someone should be sitting next to him. A missing loved one perhaps. I agree with Tara on the composition.
He is far away Andrea. Amazing capture. God bless.
You have a gift for seeing the right moments and being able to capture them without compromise it would seem. I was thinking you were using an SLR camera but the trusty TZ series can be fantastic when you learn their quirky nature. Well done. SLR's tend to be more for organized shoots that are planned or it's tiresome having to carry one, especially with a zoom lens on it... Panasonics are pretty good compacts.
Excellent compo... And a wonderful sky! I like the mood...
