Description
I'm sure most of you know by now that Susan (Blush) has lost her long, brave battle with cancer.
I did not know her as well as some here, but I knew her enough to know what a beautiful soul she was. Her photography, and brave, optimistic, spirit will be sorely missed.
We can take some comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering, and will live on in our hearts. She will be with us forever.
Be at peace, Susan..

The words are actually a poem known as the Hopi Prayer... It was read at both my uncle's and dad's service, and I thought it beautiful and fitting for Susan.

I haven't commented or posted in the past couple months, but I'm glad I stopped in your gallery. Susan was always suffering.... I read it in a lot of her writings... I got to a point where I felt she would just outlive all of us... so, I don't know what... how to feel about this.... shocking.... I know now her suffering is over and she has gone on to find out what we all wonder about. I feel a relief, her suffering is over. Thanks for posting such a fine notice for us all to learn of her passing - Her animated butterfly will be deeply missed.

Sad but also not. She suffered way too long and though she had a great spirit I am sure she knew that her time had come. I think Susan was one of our older souls and is well on her way to touching the face of the Goddess. I will surely miss her refrain: "a must see image." Blessed Be Susan.
