Description
One of the cool things I get to do at T-House is check out camping equipment. Someone had donated two dome tents and so I took them home to see what their condition was like. Since I had the tents up, I decided to check out some of the cooking gear I had purchased and then write my reviews for Amazon.
So, a little backyard camping and early morning coffee I was good to go. I was op-testing my new propane burner and had already cooked a stew on it. Very impressive
While both tents had issues with them, I knew that no one else would purchase them and so I now have two tents that will be very useful.
plus I now know how easy it is to set them up and will be ready when hunting season begins.

Like the coffee pot, reminded me of cowboy films, when they round the campfire :o)
As a propane stove is really handy! And the tin can remind me of the good old days when the guys were cooking campfire coffee and bean stew cooked ... A very beautiful photo!
I like this POV and that coffee pot looks like it came right out of our Florida hurricane emergency kit. I think the longest we have been without electricity was 6 days for hurricane Wilma in 2005.
excellent POV
Wonderful
GREAT POV
Great angle and pic for this evenement genre Mike ((5++))
Nice
Absolutely nothing like a good hot cup of coffee in the morning – especially when you're out camping in natures realm! I'll hold my Up to the screen...... pour me a cup, will you? LOL A wonderful angle on this shot, Mike!
Hot coffee in the field... Hell Yeah!
That reminds me of an old joke. This guy goes to a shrink because the keeps repeating the same thing over and over. "I'm a tee pee, I'm wigwam, I'm a tee pee, I'm a wigwam". Over and over again to distraction. The shrink looks him over up and down and declares, "I have solved your problem! You are too tense!" Well, I thought it was funny. Gues it is all in the pronunciation! LOL Very good outcome for your camping future, Mike! Nice photo too!
Coffee!! A magical Word for me! Love it! Great capture, Mike, very interesting POV ! I love dome tents too. I have one and is so easy to set that even I can do it!
It seems the aliens have finally landed. Folks have been seeing saucer shaped UFOs for years. This reminded me of a Gahan Wilson cartoon showing two guys looking up at the sky to see flying cups and saucers and a tea pot. The caption is, "I think they really mean business this time."
very good shot. hope the tents do not leak. but that can be fix if it do.
Cool capture and motif, Mike. Nice coffee maker... Almost looks like and old Danish kitchen equipment series design called.. Madam Blue.
I love those speckled enamel coffeepots; been many, many years since I camped, but I remember how calm and clean and quiet everything was early in the morning while the coffee was brewing!
Now this is GREAT!! and I am ready for another coffee break ,got up at 6am washed windows and clean the house real good !! hubby did a pretty good job while I was gone but never like I do it ,I move things to dust lol Love the fact that your all set for camping great buy!!
Great POV shot! Love coffee in the great outdoors in the morning.
Wonderful camping equipment and shot Mike!
nice camping rig "do you have a zombie plan?"
awesome :-)
That's a nice shot Mike and very imaginative. Orson Wells could not have made a better shot. And indeed coffee is the worthy of such a monument at that time of day.
Now all you need to do is go camping. Those dome tents do set up much easier than the other kind.Good shot.
Goodness..have seen camping stuff like tis!!! Great angle
Kool POV and the only way to start a day, especially a very testing one ! LOL Can't beat free stuff ! ~Cheers~
Excellent!!! We used a propane torch to make coffee after IKE . Thanks for hoping I can fly. ;)
Ah yes! I miss a certain young ladies Coffee! Oh well... Good shot mate Rob
Great shot Mike. Glad you clamped the pot down over the propane stove. Brings back memories from days gone by!
excellent POV mike/
Great POV! The kettle and burner look like a trophy to the joys of camping. Everything taste so good when camping. Even the occasional unwary bug (small bug) is acceptable. Excellent shot!
