Description
Another tough evening for a render, for two nights in a row, I've had crashes while rendering what I thought were some really nice images; especially the one I had done last night. Really frustrating, but what can you do?
Well, when you see a couple gorgeous classic cars at the local coffee shop on your way to work, you grab you cell phone and try to capture the beautiful vintage iron, that's what you do!
I spotted two beautiful cars, this one, and if you look closely in the reflection you'll see the '55 Chevy that was parked by it. The '55 was a excellent two-tone, a very soft red and this sort of bronze color metallic. Sure it sounds like it might be an odd combination, but trust me, Chip Foose would approve of this combination himself.
** Just to add a note. I took this shot with my iPhone 4S. Cropped out the door window frame, obviously. But what wonderful mirror-like finish these two cars had. And the '55 you can only see in the reflection I have seen once or twice before driving down the road, so it's not a trailer queen or once a month driver either. Now if I can only catch the maroon mid-60's Buick Riviera that is sometimes in line too! **
And thank you so much for your wonderful comments!

nice capture.. and sorry that you crashed rendering.... I do hope that you can make that, what you had in mind.. have a great day :)
very nice shot ... beautiful
catching a shot like this makes up for losing those renders... but Just! It is for sure frustrating.
Most favorite care in the world.
Excellent shot, and with a cell phone too!
SWEEEEET!
Beautiful rod. Nice capture. Right place at the right time.
Cool car!!!
Marvelous car !!!
Great shot of the late 1930's classic, can't tell if it's a Ford or Chevy from here, probably the former. As for the '55 Chevy, I can't make it out, try as I might. I was hoping that you would go back into my gallery to view the antique and classic vehicles I've posted over the years. For example, check out my stuff from around September 2008. Actually, I've posted autos off and on for years already. And, who is Chip Foose?
beautiful car and capture
