This render is my very first full scene created, completed & rendered in Poser; no postwork except to add artist name. I wanted to create a render with 3anson & OonaTheWild's beautiful Downtown Nightzz dress. This dress is lovely and so great to work with - even for a brand new newbie to Poser. I love this texture I used; it looks just like my very first pair of earrings that I ever got. Anyway, I am typically a fantasy artist and working with something so modern was a challenge for me because I was more than a bit out of my element. So, I decided to have fun with it and mix my genre with modern and here you have Medieval Meets Modern. The piece is supposed to depict their worlds colliding & Fabiana's glass panels along with Sveva's textures for it worked great to do this with! So here they are, face to face so to speak, this elven ranger & glitzy city girl and when he decides to show off his hunting prowess to the pretty lady, she gives him the "as if" attitude and calls him a LOSER with a capital L. Confused by this odd behavior from a lady, all he can do is stare at her and try to maintain his pride. I had a ton of fun creating this piece. It is inspired by my daughter & son who would fit so well as these character's it is not funny. I had so much trouble with their eyes and I still cannot figure out how to fix them inside Poser and it seems that no matter what I do, it only makes them worse. So, yes, I hate to say it - I gave up. I might go back to it someday when I do not feel the need to throw my laptop out of the window lol and I have a better understand of the Material Room and how things work in it. I hope that everyone enjoys looking at my piece as much as I enjoyed making it and I hope that I was able to do this lovely dress justice. =)
