Description
My 800th!
Another view of the injured cheetah. A lot of you were wondering if he would heal. I did ask the ranger and he said that he should be fine in a couple of days. I'm sure he is hunting again by now!
The US First Family touched down in South Africa just over an hour ago just about 30km from where I live! It is an honor to welcome them to our lovely country and I hope their stay will be fruitful and enjoyable.
Thank you for popping in and for your very welcome comments and favs on my last upload "Hey Kitty Kitty".

Beautiful photo!
Great effort considering the harsh light.
Really a beauty! Congratulations for #800!!
Keen kapture of the proud cheetah, Carin, looking so elegant, and serenely sunning itself while on its road to recovery. And, because of political dissatisfaction, definitely no comment on the First Family.
Beautiful portrait of this beauty, and look at your wonderful new avvie! I love it!
Fantastic capture
Superb capture Carin. May they enjoy their stay in South Africa. God bless.
A beautiful animal! Hope you get to see Obama, and that he gets to visit Mandela! We are all on edge as he approaches possible his last struggle.
Lovely creature.
Gorgeous. Congrats with your 800th. :)
Great shot, Carin!
