Inside a B-17 I suspect? Second pic appears to show the two waist guns and the ammo for the belly turret. Tough and about as well-protected as a plane could be, but paid for it in bomb load. The twin engine Mosquito could carry as big a load.

A great shot of the cockpit Brandy and during WW II, those side gunners didn't have Plexiglas covers on those side gun windows. Those gunners were being shot at and the wind was blowing them all over the place. Thanks for setting up the four smaller photos so they could be zoomed. A fantastic experience for me to see!
