I ran across your picture
It has been so long
Since I saw your face
I am ashamed to admit
I almost forgot how beautiful you are
Life is such a journey
One day it lifts you up
The next it beats you down
And through it all
You have remained the same
Every time I see you
I think
You are more beautiful
Than the time before
When I have reached the bottom
No one can lift my spirits

When she smiles
The other day I went looking back through my friend Brandy’s (Dakotabluemoon) gallery and I realized I missed a picture she posted of herself. Now it is not like me to miss a picture of a beautiful girl. I am afraid this maybe a sign I am starting to slip. Lol. She is so beautiful and has such a beautiful smile as soon as I saw her photo I knew I had to write a poem for her. I hope you like it my beautiful friend

Well the poem is a beautiful dedication but I too just had an epiphamy when I realize what a fine photographer you are! This shot takes you right into the surf and makes me wonder how wet you got getting it! You caught a powerful moment of action.

I thank u from the bottom of my heart with what room is left lol it is a little heavy and feels like a heavy weight dragging me down but this poem has lifted my heart knowing i have a very good friend in u.
