You never forget a friend like that. I too wish dogs had longer lives.
What a wonderful photo of her Barbara, and I think it is important for us to never forget our pets of the past.
What a sweetheart! I have treasuured memories of my lost friends too!
She was a gorgeous girl! They wiggle and wag their way into your heart and never leave. It's rather bittersweet.
Yep I lost my boxer Sam 5 years ago and still miss him everyday.

We never forget any of our beloved pets, especially the ones who are the doggie loves of our lives. Sweet pic.

Yes, we never forget them!
Wonderful scene, outstanding capture!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is amazing how much Hester and Truly look so much alike. A fantastic photo Barbara!
Animal companions are always unforgettable and they leave such an enduring and heart-warming impression. It's been decades since the cats I had during childhood died, but I still remember all 4 of them fondly. This is a warm, smile-inducing shot.
Isn't it strange that we love our pups so much, but there is always one who is a little more special ... or maybe two ... or three ... such a beautiful picture of your "heart-pup".
