Knowing of Carhenge, and of Corey's deep love for a certain vintage of automobiles as an art form, we put Alliance, Nebraska on our bucket list and made it a priority. We told a few people we wanted to see it, and they sort of poo-poohed the idea. Well, to each their own, right? We figured it was worth the trip just so we could take pictures for Corey! Wow. What a totally worthwhile stop! I suppose with a certain mindset it could be boring. I mean, if you looked at it and thought, "Okay, somebody stood up a bunch of cars and spray painted them gray, what's the big deal?" and never went beyond that, you might not enjoy the place. It's a photographer's dream world, though, unless you only like landscapes. Every angle is a different shot, and I had a terrific time! There will be more photos later. Even I don't SAY they're all for Corey ... well ... they're all for Corey. After all, he inspired us to plan our route through Nebraska just so we could see Carhenge!
