Description
One of this what if... planes, never flights.
There have been some airplanes built by German Dornier like the DO 335-A0 or DO 335-V11, which have had a prop on the back and front side of the plane. It's nickname has been "Pfeil" (eng. "Arrow"). If you are interested you will find more information at Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dornier_Do_335).
The plane on the picture isn't the "Pfeil" but somewhat, what could have been developed out of it. A classical What-If-Plane. Oh yes, the sitting pilot is looking to the front.

Excellent!
Looks like what the Do 335 would have been if it had been built by Junkers :)
At least you'd never really know which direction it is travelling? ;-) Or is that what happened when Hitler got Microsoft to write all the Junkers manuals?
actually a well designed plane, only problem was in cooling the engine...
wonderful
