Very delightful photo and gift to Tara
What a corker Andrea, I like this shot.
Looks so relaxing... Happy Birthday Tara... Aloha
Ahhhhhhhhh ... you make me wish I were there! I'd curl up in that leather chair with Ralphie and just enjoy the comfort of having beautiful and quirky things around me. In order to travel full time I've given up the personal touches of home. If a thing doesn't have a practical purpose, it doesn't get to come along. It's a treat to sit in your studio and contemplate your collection of marvelous objects. Thank you, my friend!
It's worth a ZOOM - to find so many decorative and delectable little items, some are not so little ;)) and Ralph doing a quick check, if all is neat in it's place for this pic - (is that a saw-fish bit sticking out from behind the leather chair?) a lovely and homely dedi for Tara, BB
Love the lighting in your room it looks so cosy as I see Ralphie is.
I indeed agree with Tara about it all :) SOOO COSY !!!
Nice cozy little area you have there..............looks nice and comfy...esp that chair Ralphie is in................I would curl up there and read.......... great birthday dedi as well Hugs Susan
Great shot !
Wow. Great realism and light control
Nice to see the man of the house relaxing in his chair. I've never seen this at night. The colors and light are beautiful. I do like to travel but in the end, as Dorothy said, there's no place like home.
Splendid composition, reflections and lighting effects, all caught magnificently by your now defunct Tizzy One.
Very cosy just the place to sit and read a good book.
This very much reminds me of Maxfield Parrish's paintings; it must be the rich colours and that ultra-ultramarine blue sky...what a beautiful image!!!
This is the perfect birthday dedication! Such warmth and elegance. I love that lamp with the stunning shade, and how wonderful that the comfy-chair has a seat warmer! This is brilliantly beautiful!
Audio books are great for long trips but this is a perfect place to relax and read. Lovely reflection. I was surprised to see that you own a sawfish rostrum. Many believe that it is from a shark but alas sawfish are from the ray family and can grow up to 20 feet (6 meters) long.
This is so inviting! The lighting is beautiful. I love the combination of warm light and deep shadows. I like the dancer. Excellent capture and wonderful birthday dedication.
