Description
Day 30 of the 30 Day Art Challenge was "Something you'd like to share with your followers or friends."
Something I'd like to share? I drew a blank. So... this is me drawing a blank.
What I learned in the last six months:
I have a lot of "..." days. Today was one of them.
I discovered I simply cannot churn out a render every day. There are some days in the month where I am more productive/creative (mostly the first and third weeks of the month), and some days when I just can't create anything at the end of the day. So... six months to do thirty days of work!
I learned a lot about lighting.
I learned a little about posing action.
I learned a little bit about depth of field.
I learned a little bit about "comic" typefaces and layout.
I learned about how hard it is and how much I dislike working on images without characters. Rooms, inanimate objects, etc., give me the creeps.
I learned that I use a lot of yellow/blue and red/orange/brown.
And I learned a lot about planning out an image in my head before I sit down at the computer to save time.
Now back to your regularly scheduled aliens and elves!
