Description
Captured back on 4/23/08, early in the AM, just outside of a local park.
The ground was sloped and not level at this spot so I had to plant myself securely to avoid falling over backwards.
Actually, the tree was taller than it looks here, in fact, almost Jack and the Bean Stalk tall.
Don't bother to ZOOM, it comes out the same size.
Cheerybye, and have a nice day.

Beautiful picture!!!
First class shot, that does look mighty tall, nice conditions for it too. Would hate to climb that and slip down it. :-)
Great capture!
Gorgeous perspective my friend, amazing capture as usual, thank you for sharing!
Nice POV shot. I was waiting for the palm tree photos. I know you have many more of them in your neighborhood.
goes way up there. cool pov
Dramatic and stunning!
Very nice capture Harry, like the pov
Nice shot, you get a good sense of the height from the extreme perspective...

Wonderful job showing us how very tall this beast is; and I know from experience that those bits on the trunk are much sharper than one would think, and should give a person cause to rethink whether they'd like to climb it or not! I was amazed to see how fast these trees grow. Excellent shot, Harry!
Great shot. Unusual perpective
