Description
Yeah, I'm pulling an Angel...couldn't sleep, so I rendered. Nothing too taxing because I'm tired but as soon as I lay down my brain engages. Anywhot I guess this is what you'd call a redux of an image posted previously - which happens to be one of my favorites...also one of my favorite characters. (That was him in yesterday's post, too.) Zoom is best, as I had to make this pathetically small for any quality.
I don't ordinarily give my characters guns to play with but for this one it fits. I have a lot of (3d) guns - just don't use 'em much.
So, hope you don't mind a redo. I like this one better, myself.
Character is SRG_Clay (YURDigital)

Cool work on your hero Ray. I'll say one thing. It's good to have some release other than tv when one can't sleep, sometimes the best comes to us when our bodies want to rest but the mind has other ideas.
An excellent image and even better in zoom
Very nice work Ray!
love that expression on him Ray, super render.
I agree with eekdog,he has a very realistic expression, he looks conceited. This is often the case with such handsom men ;-) It's a marvelous portrait dear! Gr.Rudy.
Excellent portrait of Clay and superb BG !
Extraordinary character and yes a weapon suits him well.. call him the "venging Hunk"seeking vengeance for the misdeed done to him.
Lovely guy.
Wow. He would get me to bed. Wait... that didn't come out right. Still... lol! ")
The gun will clothe him very well! A really smart guy your Clay. I am completely in love with his bedroom eyes ... A very nice rendering! Fantastic and very dramatically, with this fiery background.
Beautiful !
really amazing portrait!!
Great portrait! Nice rich and detailed render. Classic hero for sure.
Nicely done!!
Great job!
serious apprehension and mood
Such a charming character dear friend, marvelous expression, superlative render!
Clay looks really cool here. Pretty badass, too! Can't sleep, huh? Hit the deck and knock out press-ups until your arms are screaming! LOL! The pain will take your mind away from "other" stuff :)
Beautiful image! Excellent!
Marvelous looking portrait!
Cool work, great expression and character!
I would not say he looks concieted, but rather very self assured. He reminds me of those paintings of Lord Churchill when he was campaigning in the Netherlands in the 1700s. Something of a period piece.
