I'm re-doing my homepage info, and thought I'd archive the old one. I did that a couple years ago, and it worked out really well! People tend to have questions about my vision issues that I'm tired of explaining, and it's easier to leave a link. So here's my old homepage stuff ... I'm updating it today. ............. My name is Tara. I was born in Washington State (USA) in 1958, and have lived here all my life. No matter where else I go and how much I'm fascinated by the things I see, I still think the Puget Sound area is the most beautiful place around. I enjoy going on photography outings with my husband Bill (bmac62). We met in the photography gallery here on Renderosity, and love taking pictures together. It's always amazing to me how we get such different shots even when standing in the same place! Although I spend most of my artistic time these days with a camera and postwork, I also do a bit of digital painting, a little 3-D, and some writing, as well as quilting, needlepoint and crocheting. There's just so much art to make, we had to retire in order to fit it all in! My current equipment for photography is a Canon SX40 HS and Photoshop CS5. For digital painting I use ArtRage and an Intuos4. What little 3-D work I do is in Blender. You can find me in the Photography, 2-D, Writers, and Blender galleries. I hope you enjoy my art!
