Description
At the new extension, at the end of our Gold Coast Airport runway in Coolangatta,
you will find another type of runway ...
Something the GC Council has created here for the kids: a skateboard park, BMX track and a Golf practice range for many different age groups, so they can hang out there after school/work or in the school holidays, like right now, at Easter!
I had baked some Cupcakes and handed them out to the kids, they were gone in no time at all ;))

This used to be the local tip, it's amazing what can be achieved, with a little ingenuity by Councils.
(BTW you might call it something else in your end of the woods - maybe a garbage/rubbish/tip/dump?)
***
I am still using here the new 'Filter Forge3' - fun, fun, fun!
Cheers Brigitte

Great action shot, but I am not a fan of photochopppe filters.
Great shot! definitely flyin' high
Nice action shot Brigitte and you made me smile because I wondered what were gone in no time - the cupcakes or the kids!!! Lol.
I think it's good that the youth are active in any athletic sport. And I am pleased that you support their activities...YEAH The filters are real magicians. I like your editing. HAPPY EASTER; dear Gitti Hugs
Terrific! We call it all those things...but the men that work there prefer to call it 'recycling facility'.
Very nice shot!
Very good capture and use of the filters! Good activity for the young ones! I am sure the kids loved your cupcakes!
Wonderful picture... great action shot !!!
amazing picture and work
SUPERB WORK!
LOL at Jayfar. This is a pretty good action shot. And with Filter Forge you've turned it into a poster. At some point you might consider submitting some of these to the council as adverts for the new play space.
Nice creation, & good idea with the cupcakes
Up, up and away, come fly with me and my cupcake powered legs ! Great to see some kids outside and getting fresh air ...and AIR ! Digging the Filter Forge effect and well composed capture ! ~Cheers~
Outstanding action capture Brigitte!!
You really made him look like he's jumping to the sky!
So nice you baked the 'cups' for these activity kids, BB-chen! Here nearby in the forest we have such hills, where the youth can cross on the bikes. A beautifully crafted action picture of you, dear friend. (a high-flyer too ;-))) I'm glad you have so much fun with this program, dear Gittie.
thats cool action and great pw in this picture!
Excellent shot, timing and postwork, Brigitte!! :o)
A cool idea to utilize that area and the cupcakes were a great idea. I like the postwork also!
Nice to see, and good to see the kids out having fun, and away from the computers. :) and yay to the cupcakes.
