CROWN OF SWANS by Dieter Carlton, a beautiful rendition of Bavarian Castle Neuschwanstein, a poem for which the artist wrote as follows: She stood upon a hilltop high Her towers there would pierce the sky Of brick and polished stone her walls And fresco art would line her halls Like melting ice her marbled floors Of hand-carved wood her massive doors Great armies could not storm this place For kings and queens would yield her space In shining armor knights would pale This mighty rook their swords would hail Around her distant trees like pawns Would so embrace the CROWN OF SWANS This work was produced using Maya, DAZ Studio and Bryce. It is not a photograph, there are no photographs embedded within the image nor were any photographs used in creating it. It is also NOT a screen shot nor was it derived from any other sources such as video games or studio animations. It is an original work created exclusively in a virtual space on a personal computer (like forming a clay sculpture or building a studio set in one's backyard or garage). Each such work takes 30 to 50 hours to complete.
