Description
Knole, the house belonging to the Sackville West family, built by Henry the eighth between 1543 and 1548. Situated in Kent and now a National Trust property, built of Kentish Ragstone. The statue is of Venus rising from the bath, teeth probably chattering with the coating of snow. Been away for a few days hence the lack of pictures and comments.

It's a beautiful statue, can you imagine the craftsmanship that it took to make it.
Nude in the snow bet she feels cold.
outstanding detail on the statue and superb capture
fantastic work! great POV
Great shot of this beautiful statue!
class view anlge/perpective...
Probably wondering where her cloths are. Excellent POV. She appears to be pointing back toward the building in the background.
Very nice photo!
Wow she just pops from the screen. And the detail, her fingernails and hair are so clear. Both she and your photo great works of art :D
A superb composition.
Very dramatic POV & composition - great work...
Still covered in soap Alan!! Excellent shot.

Superb capture my friend. God Bless.
She's lovely, if a bit chilly; probably looking around for her towel!
So Lovely.
I liked the POV of the statue and the 450 year old buildings in the background!
