Description
"Hydrangea II - Blue & Pink"
More summer images.. I'm tired of cold and snow. As you see, this plant has both blue and pink blooms... some on the same cluster. I've never seen this anywhere else.
Thanks for visiting my gallery and commenting.
My post tomorrow will be back to Poser/Vue: Abby ~ "Time Out!"

What a fantastic capture Jim, they really are lovely. I also am getting tired of the cold and snow.
can almost smell them from this cool shot, nice colors..
Excellent lighting my friend, delightful view, congratulations!
Beautiful photo. We had a white version outside our kitchen window in NH. The blooms were huge but not multi-colored.
Beautiful flowers and wonderful shoy!!!
Very cool photo beautiful plant
Lovely. I remember my nan used to throw rusty nails etc into the soil which 'apparently' added traces of aluminum to the soil to help keep them blue!
Great image! The color of the flowers has to do with ironsalts in the ground. As blinkings writes: an iron nail will do. As the nail will corrode/rust iron-ions will be released and the flowers will turn blue over time.
beautiful flowers wow your spring came quick.
Very nice flowers. Keep Warm. Aloha
I think we are suppose to get up into the 60's by the weekend yippee lol nice picture and good to see.
