Description
In late November, just before the first snowfall, the earth becomes barren, in shades of grey and brown. I go sit by the lake near me, and stare out at all the trees, with no leaves, long beautiful branches reaching toward the sky, waiting to embrace the snow. To me, I see a beautiful young virgin, waiting for her lover. Remains traces of leaves, and only a hint of the color from seasons before.
This was inspired by Antoonio's photograph in the photo gallery, and by Smashing Pumpkins song "Crestfallen".

Im honored. This is beautiful picture. Autumn is my favourite time of the year and Crestfallen one of my all time favourite songs. Thank you.
and as you were, you'll be again
to mold like clay, to break like dirt
to tear me you in your sympathy
you were never meant to belong to me

soft and dreamy are good words for this.. great image syyd.
Dreamy and wild
absolutely truth and reality.... feelings we all feel, afriad to show to light. but few, just a few shall show salvation and feel hope in the others that hide from the light.
No need to say anything. Everyone has said it for me :-)
Too cool Syyd, great as always.
