The first thing that came to my mind was Bowie's old Ziggy Stardust years. She has "inviting" eyes. As far as postwork...you've been at this computer art for so long you don't need postwork...that's for rookies ;-) Would love to see more of her.

That is an interesting effect. It reminds me a bit of what things look like when I forget to turn off my preview light (an infinite with no shadows I make just to see what I'm doing), but taken to an extreme. Combined withe Bowie-esque decoration, it makes me think of the 80's.
